Julie Giroux’s “A Symphony of Fables” has been nominated for a Pulitzer Prize!  As the Sierra Nevada Winds were the first to play the piece in it’s entirety, Giroux has proclaimed us as performing the premiere performance in her documentation to the Pulitzer Prize committee. We are thrilled to have had the opportunity to perform this stunning piece of music and honored to be included in the Pulitzer documentation. We wish her success and look forward to performing more of her compositions.
